RESOLUTION NO. 1999-412
RESOLUTION APPROVING 3 YEAR COLLECTIVE
BARGAINING AGREEMENT WITH LABORER' S LOCAL
#353 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 3 year Collective Bargaining Agreement dated June 21,
1999 by and between Laborer' s Local #353 and the City of Waterloo°,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21' day of June, 1999 .
