RESOLUTION NO. 1999-413
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
GOVERNOR' S ALLIANCE OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 21, 1999 for a grant in the amount
of $258, 646 . 00 with a 25 percent required Tri-County member
agencies match of $86, 215 . 00 to fund the Tri-County Drug Task
Force, by and between the Governor' s Alliance of Substance Abuse
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 1999 .
