RESOLUTION NO. 1999-418
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH EARTH
TECH AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated June 21, 1999 for Consultant Services in
conjunction with F.Y. 2000 Hanna Blvd. /Rainbow Drive Box Culvert-
Phase I, Contract No. 599, with cost not to exceed $18, 000 . 00 by
and between Earth Tech of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the health insurance cost
increase, effective January 1, 2001, and the different longevity
schedule for employees hired after July 1, 1999, for all non-
bargaining employees, be and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 1999 .
