RESOLUTION NO. 1999-422
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF
LIFE SAFETY AND/OR RENTAL INSPECTIONS/SECURED
PROPERTIES MAY 1, 1998 - APRIL 30, 1999 IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364 . 17 (3) allows the City to
certify unpaid state-mandated rental property fire inspection and
business life safety inspection fees to the benefited property as
a lien.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk be and the same
hereby instructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer
all unpaid state-mandated Life Safety and/or Rental
Inspections/Secured properties May 1, 1998 - April 30, 1999 as
contained in the attached lists .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 1999 .
