RESOLUTION NO. 1999-432
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE IOWA ARMY NATIONAL
GUARD AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated June 28, 1999 to assist
in the demolition of drug effected structures the city has taken
ownership, by and between the Iowa Army National Guard and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 1999 .
