RESOLUTION NO. 1999-435
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY
OF CEDAR FALLS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 28, 1999 for the Signalization
Optimization Study, by and between the City of Cedar Falls and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 1999 .
