RESOLUTION NO. 1999-445
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
WITH EARTH TECH AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement dated July 6, 1999 to design the
polymer feed system in conjunction with the Easton Avenue Water
Pollution Control Facilities, by and between Earth Tech of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1999 .
