RESOLUTION NO. 1999-446
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH THE
STATE OF IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application dated July 6, 1999 for a Juvenile Justice
Grant in the amount of $78, 399 . 00, with a required 25% local match
of $19, 600 . 00 being met by Area VII Job Training, Big Brothers/Big
Sisters, Grout Museum, and Leisure Services, for funding various
youth programs in Waterloo, by and between the State of Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1999 .
