RESOLUTION NO. 1999-447
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
DIVISION OF CRIMINAL AND JUVENILE JUSTICE
PLANNING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated July 6, 1999 for an Innovative Law
Enforcement and Community Policing grant in the amount of
$15, 000 . 00 to fund programs designated to break patterns of
multigenerational criminal patterns, by and between the Iowa
Division of Criminal and Juvenile Justice Planning, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1999 .
