RESOLUTION NO. 1999-449
RESOLUTION APPROVING PERMANENT EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH CHICAGO CENTRAL AND PACIFIC
RAILROAD AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Mayor of the City of Waterloo be hereby authorized to
execute an agreement dated July 6, 1999, with Chicago Central and
Pacific Railroad Company, copy attached, for acquisition of right-
of-way needed in conjunction with Martin Luther King Jr.
Drive/Bishop Avenue Extension Project .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, a certified copy of this resolution
be transmitted to Chicago Central and Pacific Railroad Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1999 .
