RESOLUTION NO. 1999-450
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN
TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT ACQUISITION CONTRACTS
TO THE CITY AND ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
CERTAIN DEEDS.
WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcels
is necessary to carry out the Anthony Street Drainage Improvements
Project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the temporary and permanent
acquisition contracts for the parcels hereinafter described, all
of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, are accepted and approved.
The subject parcels are :

Temporary Easement
The West 15 feet of the East 25 feet of Lot 67 of
Country Club Acres, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.

Permanent Easement
The East Ten (10) feet of Lot 67 of Country Club Acres,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
