The City will conduct a public hearing on
the proposed specifications and estimate
of cost at 5:80 p.m. on May 5, 2014 in the
Law Court Theater at. Waterloo Center for
the Arts, 225 Commercial Street, Water-
loo, IA, You may appear and make
objection thereto with the City Clerk
before the date set for said hearing, or
appear and make objection thereto at the
hearing.
Proposals will be opened in open council
meeting to be held in the Law Court
Theater at Waterloo Center for the Arts,
225 Commercial Street, Waterloo, IA', on
May 5, 2014, at 5:30 p.m, The bids will be
acted upon on a later date after: the
proposals have been reviewed and
approved. r
