RESOLUTION NO. 1999-460
RESOLUTION APPROVING ONE-YEAR 28E AGREEMENT
WITH CITY OF ELK RUN HEIGHTS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the one-year 28E Agreement dated July 12, 1999, to provide
fire and ambulance services, by and between the City of Elk Run
Heights, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 1999 .
