RESOLUTION NO. 1999-461
RESOLUTION APPROVING ONE-YEAR 28E AGREEMENT
WITH EAST WATERLOO TOWNSHIP AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the one-year 28E Agreement dated July 12, 1999, to provide
fire and ambulance services, by and between East Waterloo Township
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 1999 .
