RESOLUTION NO. 1999-464
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF CLEAR WINDOWS
FOR A LOAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $60, 000 . 00 .
WHEREAS, the Revolving Loan Committee has reviewed the loan
application submitted by Clear Windows, and
WHEREAS, the request is for a $60, 000 . 00 loan, with a one
year balloon, interest at 6 . 5% and payments made on interest only,
due quarterly, and
WHEREAS, the Revolving Loan Committee recommends approval of
said loan application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Clear Windows for
a $60, 000 . 00 loan with a one year balloon, interest at 6. 5% and
payments made on interest only, due quarterly, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July 1999 .
