RESOLUTION NO. 1999-468
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST FROM BASIC
MATERIALS, INC. FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE
EXISTING QUARRY GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE
EAST SIDE OF NORTH ELK RUN ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request from Basic Materials, Inc . to expand the existing
quarry operation generally located along the East side of North
Elk Run Road, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 1999 .
