RESOLUTION NO. 1999-470
RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE OF 200 THEATER
SEATS IN CONJUNCTION WITH RENOVATION OF HOPE
MARTIN THEATER, IN THE AMOUNT OF $24, 940 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Slipper Theatre Supply of Omaha, Nebraska, in
the amount of $24, 940 . 00, for the purchase of 200 theater seats in
conjunction with the renovation of Hope Martin Theater, after
public hearing on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said
work.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 1999.
