RESOLUTION NO. 1999-473
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
VACATION OF AN EIGHT (8) FOOT PLATTED UTILITY
EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED AT 3622 HAMMOND
AVENUE AS AUGUST 2, 1999, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN
CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 2nd day of August, 1999, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate an eight (8)
foot platted utility easement generally located at 3622 Hammond
Avenue, and legally described as follows :
That part of the eight (8) foot utility easement
platted South of and adjacent to the North line of Lot
92 Hammond Hills Fourth Addition that lies Easterly of
a line eight (8) foot East of and parallel to the West
line of said lot, and West of a line eight (8) foot
West of and parallel to the East line of said lot, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 1999 .
