RESOLUTION NO. 1999-475
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH PATHWAYS
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated July 19, 1999 to provide City' s Employee
Assistance Program (EAP) for F.Y. 2000 at a cost of $14 . 50 per
employee for an estimated total cost of $8 , 400 . 00, by and between
Pathways of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 1999 .
