RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE
PLAN AMENDMENT FOR A PROPOSED "R-4,R-P"
PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF
WEST 4TH STREET AT PINEHURST LANE AS AUGUST
16, 1999, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 16th day of August, 1999, for
the purpose of considering a site plan amendment for a proposed
"R-4,R-P" Planned Residence District for property generally
located on the northwest side of West 4th Street at Pinehurst Lane
for construction of two multi-family apartment buildings, legally
described as follows :
Parcel "E" , of Section 5, Township 88 North, Range 13
West of the 5th Principal Meridian Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa in accordance with the amended plat
recorded in Miscellaneous Book 334, at page 245 of the
records of the Black Hawk County Recorders Office .
Resultant tract contains 6 . 35 acres, and is subject to
easements and restrictions of record, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
