RESOLUTION NO. 1999-495
RESOLUTION APPROVING THREE YEAR LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH BLACK HAWK COUNTY BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the three year lease agreement dated July 26, 1999 for
Cloverdale Park, by and between Black Hawk County Board of
Supervisors and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26t1 day of July, 1999 .
