RESOLUTION NO. 1999-496
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE FIVE
YEAR LEASE AND USE AGREEMENT WITH NORTHWEST
SPORTS, INC. , AS AUGUST 9, 1999, AT 7 : 00 P.M.
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 9th day of August, 1999, for
the purpose of considering a five year lease and use agreement
with Northwest Sports, Inc. for Waterloo Black Hawk Hockey Team to
use Young Arena.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of July, 1999 .
