RESOLUTION NO. 1999-498
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
SANITARY SEWER SERVING CEDAR HILLS REPLAT
(COMMUNITY FOR MANUFACTURED HOMES) , AS
SUBMITTED BY SCHENK ENGINEERING COMPANY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND SEWAGE TREATMENT AGREEMENT
WITH DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Construction Plans for the sanitary sewer
serving the Cedar Hills Replat (Community for Manufactured Homes) ,
as submitted by Schenk Engineering, and Sewage Treatment Agreement
dated July 26, 1999, by and between the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are
hereby approved and Mayor authorized to execute same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of July, 1999 .
