RESOLUTION NO. 1999-511
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR TUCKPOINTING AND PAINTING OF
CENTRAL GARAGE AND LEISURE HEADQUARTERS AND
TUCKPOINTING OF VETERANS MEMORIAL HALL.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, to prepare and file
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc . , for the construction of the Tuckpointing and Painting of
Central Garage and Leisure Headquarters and Tuckpointing of
Veterans Memorial Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor has filed said
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of July, 1999 .
