COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 1999
PARKING LOTS NO. 5 & 8 RECONSTRUCTION,

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
1-, proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
F.Y. 1999 Parking Lots No. 5 & 8 Reconstruction, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 592 , and

WHEREAS,WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 1999 Parking
Lots 5 & 8 Reconstruction known as Contract No. 592 , which were
preliminarily approved on July 19, 1999, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 2,
1999, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the F.Y. 1999 Parking Lots No. 5 & 8
Reconstruction, known as Contract No. 592 , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 1999 .
