RESOLUTION NO. 1999-518
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF PETERSON
CONTRACTORS, INC. OF REINBECK, IOWA FOR
VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO.
3094 .
WHEREAS, Peterson Contractors, Inc. is performing work within
the city limits in conjunction with the F.Y. 1999 218/Cedar Valley
Lakes Trail-Phase III, Contract No. 585, STP-E-8155 (33) -81-07, and
WHEREAS, said company' s operations exceed the limits of the
Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
variance effective from August 3, 1999 to November 22, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Peterson Contractors, Inc. for
a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, be and the same
hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 1999 .
