RESOLUTION NO. 1999-520
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF CAROL ROBY FOR
VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO.
3094 .
WHEREAS, Carol Roby, 2913 Ansborouch Avenue, is having a
live band performing during a birthday party, and
WHEREAS, said live band will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Carol Roby has made formal application for a
variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, on August 7,
1999 from 2 : 00 p.m. to 12 : 00 a.m. , with recommendation of the
Police Chief to approve the hours of 2 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Carol. Roby for a variance to
Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, on August 7, 1999, from 2 : 00
p.m. to 11: 00 p.m. , be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 1999.
