RESOLUTION NO. 1999-521
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH THE
COUNTIES OF BLACK HAWK, BREMER, BUTLER, AND
GRUNDY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated August 2, 1999 for the Region 7 Chief
Elected Official Consortium by and between the counties of Black
Hawk, Bremer, Butler and Grundy, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 1999 .
