RESOLUTION NO. 1999-528
RESOLUTION APPROVING FIVE YEAR LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH NORTHWEST SPORTS, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Five Year Lease Agreement dated August 12, 1999 for
Waterloo Black Hawk Hockey Team to use Young Arena by and between
Northwest Sports, Inc . , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of August, 1999 .
