RESOLUTION NO. 1999-534
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY FORT DODGE ASPHALT OF FORT DODGE, IOWA FOR
F.Y. 1999 SLURRY SEAL PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO.
602 AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Fort Dodge Asphalt of Fort Dodge, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with F.Y. 1999 Slurry
Seal Program, Contract No. 602, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of August, 1999 .
