RESOLUTION NO. 1999-538
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL COUNCIL OF
GOVERNMENT (INRCOG) AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Agreement dated August 12, 1999 to prepare
an application for REAP funding in conjunction with Katoski Trail
Extension, Phase I, by and between Iowa Northland Regional Council
of Government (INRCOG) , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of August, 1999 .
