RESOLUTION NO. 1999-540
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT
WITH CARDINAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right of Entry Agreement dated August 12 , 1999 to allow
access to Waterloo Industries Corporate Headquarters site, by and
between Cardinal Construction Company of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of August, 1999 .
