RESOLUTION NO. 1999-544
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH
TUCKPOINTING AND PAINTING OF CENTRAL GARAGE
AND LEISURE HEADQUARTERS AND TUCKPOINTING OF
VETERANS MEMORIAL HALL.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1999-543 , plans, specifications,
etc. , for the Tuckpointing and Painting of Central Garage and
Leisure Headquarters and Tuckpointing of Veterans Memorial Hall in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
be made in accordance with said plans and specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1999 .
