RESOLUTION NO. 1999- 545
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH CITY HALL
BOILER REPLACEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor of
said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the City Hall Boiler Replacement, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Facilities Maintenance Supervisor did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
City Hall Boiler Replacement, which were preliminarily approved on
July 26, 1999, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August
16, 1999, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the City Hall Boiler Replacement, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1999 .
