RESOLUTION NO. 1999--546
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
CITY HALL BOILER REPLACEMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1999-545, plans, specifications,
etc . , for the City Hall Boiler Replacement, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the hearing prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
be made in accordance with said plans and specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1999 .
