RESOLUTION NO. 1999--547
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2000
HANNA BOULEVARD AND RAINBOW DRIVE BOX CULVERT
IMPROVEMENTS-PHASE I , CONTRACT NO. 599 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
F.Y. 2000 Hanna Boulevard and Rainbow Drive Box Culvert
Improvements-Phase I, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as
Contract No. 599, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2000 Hanna
Boulevard and Rainbow Drive Box Culvert Improvements-Phase I,
known as Contract No. 599, which were preliminarily approved on
July 26, 1999, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August
16, 1999, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2000 Hanna Boulevard and
Rainbow Drive Box Culvert Improvements-Phase I, known as Contract
No. 599, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16t'' day of August, 1999 .
