RESOLUTION NO. 1999-549
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE "R-4,R-P" PLANNED
RESIDENCE DISTRICT SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF TWO MULTI-FAMILY APARTMENT
BUILDINGS FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON
THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF WEST 4TH STREET AT
PINEHURST LANE .
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, approve a "R-4 ,R-P" Planned Residence District
site plan amendment for construction of two multi-family apartment
buildings, for property generally located on the northwest side of
West 4th Street at Pinehurst Lane and legally described as follow:
Parcel "E" , of Section 5, Township 88 North, Range 13
West of the 5th Principal Meridian Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa in accordance with the amended plat
recorded in Miscellaneous Book 334, at page 245 of the
records of the Black Hawk County Recorders Office .
Resultant tract contains 6 . 35 acres, and is subject to
easements and restrictions of record, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 16, 1999, at
7 : 00 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the "R-4,R-P" Planned Residence
District site plan amendment for construction of two multi-family
apartment buildings, for property generally located on the
northwest side of West 4th Street at Pinehurst Lane, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1999, and
approved by the Mayor Pro Tem this 18th day of August, 1999 .
