RESOLUTION NO. 1999-551
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF LARRY ANFINSON
FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE
NO. 3094 .
WHEREAS, Larry Anfinson, 2205 Katoski Drive, is having live
bands practicing at his residence, and
WHEREAS, said live bands will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, Larry Anfinson, 2205 Katoski Drive, has made formal
application for a variance from August 23, 1999 through August 23,
2001 from 7 : 00 a.m. to 11: 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Larry Anfinson, 2205 Katoski
Drive, for a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094,
from August 23, 1999 through August 23, 2001 from 7 : 00 a.m. to
11: 00 p.m. be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1999 .
