RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY ALLIED CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. OF
CHARLES CITY, IOWA FOR MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.
DRIVE, PROJECT NO. STP-U-8155 (22) -70-07,
CONTRACT NO. 516, AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Allied Construction Company, Inc . of Charles City,
Iowa, has under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
furnished certain materials and performed labor in connection with
Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Project No. STP-U-8155 (22) -70-07,
Contract No. 516, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1999 .
