RESOLUTION NO. 1999-560
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
WITH THE IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL COUNCIL OF
GOVERNMENTS (INRCOG) AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for Services dated August 16, 1999 to administer
an EDA grant in the amount of $750, 000 in conjunction with Rath
site, by and between Iowa Northland Regional Council of
Governments (INRCOG) , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1999 .
