RESOLUTION NO. 1999--561
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE
CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated August 16, 1999 for design services in
conjunction with F.Y. 2000 Vinton and Sycamore Streets Storm Sewer
Improvements, Contract No. 613, by and between Wayne Claassen
Engineering and Surveying, Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1999 .
