RESOLUTION NO 1999-563
RESOLUTION APPROVING FYE 6-30-99 PUBLIC
HOUSING ASSESSMENT PROGRAM (PHMAP)
CERTIFICATION FOR PUBLIC HOUSING - RIDGEWAY
TOWERS APARTMENTS AND FFS FAMILY HOUSES .
WHEREAS, the PUBLIC HOUSING ASSESSMENT PROGRAM (PHMAP)
CERTIFICATION for fiscal year ending 6-30-99 for Ridgeway Towers
Apartments and FSS Family Houses owed and operated by the City of
Waterloo, has been presented to and reviewed by the Waterloo City
Council , and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that as of the submission
date, the PUBLIC HOUSING ASSESSMENT PROGRAM (PHMAP) CERTIFICATION
indicators are true and accurate for fiscal year ending 6-30-99,
and
WHEREAS, the Waterloo City Council further certifies that,
to their present knowledge, there is no evidence to indicate
seriously deficient performance that casts doubts on the PHA' s
capacity to preserve and protect its public housing developments
and operate them in accordance with federal law and regulations .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the PUBLIC HOUSING
ASSESSMENT PROGRAM (PHMAP) CERTIFICATION for fiscal year ending
6-30-99 for Ridgeway Towers Apartments and FSS Family Houses
owned and operated by the City of Waterloo, as presented to the
Waterloo City Council , be approved, adopted and submitted to the
Department of Housing and Urban Development for review and
scoring.
