RESOLUTION NO. 1999-576
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF DIANNE BEDORE
FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE
NO. 3094 .
WHEREAS, Dianne Bedore, 836 Cloverdale Avenue, is having live
bands performing at Sloane Wallace Stadium at West Intermediate
School in conjunction with Bosnian soccer tournament, and
WHEREAS, said live band will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Dinane Bedore has made formal application for a
variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, on August 21-
22, 1999 from 8 : 00 a.m. to 10: 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Dianne Bedore for a variance to
Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance on August 21-22, 1999 from
8 : 00 a.m. to 10 : 00 p.m. be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 231d day of August, 1999.
