RESOLUTION NO. 1999-579
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF LARRY E.
LENTH, D.D. S . , TO PLACE TEMPORARY DIRECTIONAL
SIGNAGE ON CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, Larry E. Lenth, D.D. S . , has requested permission to
place temporary directional signage on city right-of-way at the
intersection of Crestline Avenue and Brookeridge Drive and
Brookeridge Drive and Canterbury Court in conjunction with F.Y.
1998 Street Reconstruction Project, Contract No. 564 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that Larry E. Lenth, D.D. S . , be hereby granted
authorization to place temporary directional signage on city
right-of-way at the intersection of Crestline Avenue and
Brookeridge Drive and Brookeridge Drive and Canterbury Court in
conjunction with F.Y. 1998 Street Reconstruction Project, Contract
No. 564 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Larry E. Lenth, D.D. S . , holds the
City of Waterloo harmless from any and all situations that may be
created due to the placement of signs on city right-of-way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 1999 .
