RESOLUTION NO. 1999-581
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF CURVES FOR
WOMEN, TO PLACE TEMPORARY DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE
ON CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, Curves for Women has requested permission to place
temporary directional signage on city right-of-way at the
intersection of Kimball Avenue and Brookeridge Drive, Kimball
Avenue and Park Lane, Park Lane and Crestline Avenue, and
Crestline Avenue and Brookeridge Drive in conjunction with F.Y.
1998 Street Reconstruction Project, Contract No. 564 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that Curves for Women be hereby granted
authorization to place temporary directional signage on city
right-of-way at the intersection of Kimball Avenue and Brookeridge
Drive, Kimball Avenue and Park Lane, Park Lane and Crestline
Avenue, and Crestline Avenue and Brookeridge Drive in conjunction
with F.Y. 1998 Street Reconstruction Project, Contract No. 564 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Curves for Women holds the City
of Waterloo harmless from any and all situations that may be
created due to the placement of signs on city right-of-way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 1999 .
