RESOLUTION NO. 1999-587
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
SANITARY SEWER SERVING SOUTH WATERLOO
COMMERCIAL PARK, AS SUBMITTED BY WAYNE
CLAASSEN ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, INC. , OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND SEWAGE TREATMENT AGREEMENT
WITH DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Construction Plans for the sanitary sewer
serving the South Waterloo Commercial Park, as submitted by Wayne
Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, and
Sewage Treatment Agreement dated August 23, 1999, by and between
the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same are hereby approved and Mayor authorized to
execute same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 1999.
