RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF B W CONTRACTORS,
INC. OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y. 2000
SIDEWALK REPAIR BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM-ZONE 10,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT
NO. 604 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of B W Contractors, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 2000 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program-Zone 10,
Contract No. 604 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as
of the 23 day of August, 1999, together with the accompanying
bond for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the
Merchants Bonding Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon,
be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 1999 .
