RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF DENTER
CORPORATION OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y.
1999 PARKING LOTS NO. 5 AND 8 RECONSTRUCTION,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT
NO. 592 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Denter Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, for the
F.Y. 1999 Parking Lots No. 5 and 8 Reconstruction, Contract No.
592 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 23rd
day of August, 1999, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the Unity Fire and
Casualty of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the
same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 1999 .
