RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADDENDUM TO
AGREEMENT NO. 2-20-CHBP-005-A WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION THROUGH THE
COMPETITIVE HIGHWAY BRIDGE PROGRAM (CHBP),
ORIGINALLY APPROVED APRIL 6, 2020, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PARK AVENUE
BRIDGE (PROJECT NO. BRM-CHBP-8155(771)--NB-07), AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Addendum to Agreement No. 2-20-CHBP-005-A, originally executed April 6, 2020
between the Iowa Department of Transportation, through the Competitive Highway Bridge
Program (CHBP) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with replacement of the Park
Avenue Bridge (Project No. BRM-CHBP-8155(771)--NB-07), is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of August 2021.
