RESOLUTION NO. 2021-609 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY C 10 INVESTMENTS, LLC, TO APPROVE THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SCHOITZ ADDITION, A 4-LOT COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT 2101 KIMBALL AVENUE. WHEREAS, on this 7th day of September 2021, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of Schoitz Addition, a 4-lot commercial subdivision, located at 2101 Kimball Avenue, was presented for approval by Jeff Stickfort on behalf of C 10 Investments, LLC, and WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by the City of Waterloo Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on June 8, 2021, and WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat, submitted by Jeff Stickfort, on behalf of C 10 Investments, LLC, of the Schoitz Addition, a 4-lot commercial subdivision, at 2101 Kimball Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
